Who We're Looking For

We want to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Leads therapy sessions with genuine care.
• Sees their clients as whole people, not diagnoses.

• Is detail‑oriented and understands the importance of keeping detailed client notes.

Requirements

• LMSW seeking supervision hours.
• Minimum 1 year direct clinical experience.
• Available for in‑person, evenings, OR weekends (at least 2 of these).
• 12+ hours weekly commitment.
• Genuine commitment to serving diverse communities.
• A deep understanding of how poverty and systemic issues impact mental health.
• A sense of humor (because sometimes that’s what gets us through).
