Job summary

Living Well LCSW PC in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our in-person team, providing individual, group, and family therapy in a clinically focused environment.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A NY licensure in social work or related field is required or in process, with experience in evidence-based modalities and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Valid New York State licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent) required or in process.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families, or groups.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team.
• Experience working with diverse populations in an urban setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy sessions in an in-person setting.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings.
