BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering evidence-based mental health care through telehealth. Therapists provide remote psychotherapy from home and collaborate with a team of therapists and psychiatric prescribers across states we serve.

We value diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, and expect licensure in at least one service state. We offer flexible remote work with benefits for full-time staff.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one served state (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC or equivalent).
• Significant psychotherapy experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities preferred.
• Solid computer skills; comfortable using EHRs and telehealth platforms.

Work within collaborative clinical teams composed of multiple therapists and psychiatric prescribers.

Receive hourly compensation, with a medical insurance benefit available to therapists working full-time hours.
Collaborate actively with psychiatric providers and other therapists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve : Accepted clinical licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC , or other equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in the states we serve.
Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required .
Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities , is preferred.
Must not own or operate a private practice .
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered behavioral health care.
