Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is expanding its remote behavioral health team. We seek licensed clinical psychotherapists to deliver teletherapy from home to clients across multiple states, focusing on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

You will join collaborative clinical teams with therapists and psychiatric prescribers, participate in virtual meetings, and uphold high professional standards. Full-time roles include medical insurance benefits; hourly compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is preferred.
• Must not own or operate a private practice.

Collaborate actively with psychiatric providers and other therapists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve : Accepted clinical licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC , or other equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in the states we serve.
Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required .
Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities , is preferred.
Must not own or operate a private practice .
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered behavioral health care.
