Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering high-quality mental health care via telehealth. Clinicians work remotely, joining collaborative clinical teams and virtual meetings to provide evidence-based psychotherapy.

Licenses in serving states are required, with preferred experience in diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ communities. Full-time teammates may receive medical insurance benefits, while all clinicians are compensated hourly.

Responsibilities

• Work within collaborative clinical teams composed of multiple therapists and psychiatric prescribers.
• Provide clinical services remotely from the comfort of your home.
• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.
• Collaborate actively with psychiatric providers and other therapists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Receive hourly compensation, with a medical insurance benefit available to therapists working full-time hours.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve: Accepted clinical licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or other equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in the states we serve.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is preferred.
• Must not own or operate a private practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered behavioral health care.
