Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led telebehavioral health company delivering evidence-based care remotely. We seek licensed therapists to join our virtual teams.

You will provide clinical services from home, collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists, and participate in virtual team meetings. Must hold an active license in at least one served state and not own a private practice. Remote, full-time, hourly compensation with medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one served state (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC).
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities.
• Must not own or operate a private practice.
• Proficient with EHRs and telehealth platforms.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with psychiatrists and therapists.

Collaborate actively with psychiatric providers and other therapists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve : Accepted clinical licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC , or other equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in the states we serve.
Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required .
Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities , is preferred.
Must not own or operate a private practice .
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
