BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering telehealth services. Clinicians provide remote therapy with hourly compensation and full-time medical insurance benefits for eligible staff.

A valid, unrestricted license in states served is required, with prior experience in diverse populations including LGBTQ+ communities preferred. Employees collaborate with a team of therapists and psychiatric prescribers, using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Formación

• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states served.

• Must not own or operate a private practice.
• Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered behavioral health care.

Responsabilidades

Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve : Accepted clinical licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC , or other equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in the states we serve.
Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required .
Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities , is preferred.
Must not own or operate a private practice .
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
