Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Tech I intern (PRN) in Doniphan, Missouri. This role supports structured program activities and helps create a therapeutic environment for clients under supervision.

Responsibilities include facilitating group activities, assisting clients with goals in their treatment plan, and coordinating transportation as needed. A high school diploma or higher is required, plus licensing or eligibility for Missouri Class E driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Missouri Class E Driver’s License required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelors in human services or related field preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health Support accepted.
• Minimum four years qualifying experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Meeting PSR Tech Level II/III criteria as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver treatment services per a scheduled program.
• Create and maintain a therapeutic, productive environment for individuals served.
• Assist individuals in achieving goals in their treatment plan.
• Coordinate transportation to activities and home as needed.
• Complete documentation in program guidelines and ensure accuracy.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field

Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health Support

High school diploma or equivalent
