Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Tech I for the THRIVE program in Reynolds County, Ellington, MO. This full-time role supports structured treatment activities and helps maintain a therapeutic, community-oriented environment for individuals served.

Qualification includes a high school diploma, MO Class E license, and either a related degree or equivalent experience. Candidates must meet FCC Behavioral Health clinical privilege requirements and complete level II/III

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Missouri Class E Driver’s License or ability to obtain.
• Meet the minimum requirements to be clinically privileged by FCC Behavioral Health.
• Bachelor's degree in human service field, OR Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health Support, OR minimum four years of qualifying experience with HS diploma.
• Meet the minimum qualifications of a PSR Tech Level II/III and complete related training on SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and facilitate group activities per program schedule.
• Work side by side with person(s)-served to perform community-engaged tasks.
• Assist in meeting goals in current treatment plan using staff interventions.
• Assist in transporting person(s)-served to activities and home as needed.
• Coordinate crisis intervention services as needed.
• Monitor person(s)-served and report physical or emotional changes to staff.
• Complete required documentation within program guidelines.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice models.
• Demonstrate knowledge of diagnostic criteria for SUD/mental disorders.
• Communicate information clearly and accurately.
• Ensure operations align with CARF/DMH standards and plan.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Missouri Class E Driver’s License or ability to obtain

Bachelor's degree in human services

Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health Support

Minimum four years qualifying experience with HS diploma
