Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Missouri Class "E" Driver’s License required.
• Must meet the minimum requirements to be clinically privileged by FCC Behavioral Health.
• Meet PSR Tech I qualifications; Level II/III criteria referenced on SharePoint.
• A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in behavioral health fields satisfies the education requirement.
• Minimum of four years qualifying experience with mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and facilitate group activities per program schedule.
• Work alongside participants to perform meaningful tasks.
• Assist in meeting treatment plan goals using staff interventions.
• Transport participants to activities and home as needed.
• Coordinate crisis intervention services as needed.
• Document within program guidelines; adhere to CARF/DMH standards.
