FCC Behavioral Health in Missouri is seeking Psychosocial Rehabilitation Technicians (PSR Techs) to deliver structured treatment services and maintain a therapeutic, productive environment aligned with the program schedule.

You will facilitate group activities, support clients in meeting goals, assist with transportation when needed, coordinate crisis interventions, and document care according to agency standards and CARF/DMH requirements.

Qualifications

• PSR Tech LEVEL I requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• PSR Tech LEVEL II requires PSR Tech I or equivalent.
• PSR Tech LEVEL III requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or an Associate's degree in Behavioral Health Support, or four years of qualifying experience.
• Missouri Class “E” Chauffeur’s Driver’s License is required.
• Meet the minimum clinical privileges requirements as defined by FCC Behavioral Health.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and facilitate group activities according to the program schedule.
• Assist clients in meeting goals and objectives within their treatment plan.
• Provide transportation to activities and home as needed.
• Coordinate crisis intervention services when required.
• Document accurately within program guidelines and comply with CARF/DMH standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of diagnostic criteria for substance use and/or mental disorders.
