Qualifications
- Must include delivering services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders or developmental disabilities.
- Experience with one-on-one or group services focused on rehabilitation and recovery/resiliency.
- Ability to assist individuals to achieve goals in their treatment plan.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and facilitate group activities according to program schedule.
- Work with individuals to perform tasks that matter to the community.
- Assist in meeting goals in current treatment plan using staff interventions.
- Coordinate transportation to activities and back home as needed.
- Coordinate crisis intervention services as needed.
- Monitor individuals for changes and report to staff.
