Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking Psychosocial Rehabilitation Technicians to facilitate treatment services and ensure a therapeutic, productive environment for persons served within the program structure.

Responsibilities include leading group activities, assisting with treatment plan goals, coordinating transportation, and ensuring adherence to agency standards and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• PSR Tech I: high school diploma or equivalent required.
• PSR Tech II: builds on Tech I requirements.
• PSR Tech III: bachelor’s in human services or related field, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and facilitate group activities per program schedule.
• Work with individuals to perform community-relevant tasks.
• Support individuals in meeting goals in their treatment plan.
• Assist with transportation to activities and home as needed.
• Coordinate crisis intervention services as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes to staff.
• Complete documentation within program guidelines.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice models.
• Demonstrate knowledge of diagnostic criteria for substance use or mental disorders.
• Communicate information clearly and accurately.
