The candidate will work with senior psychometricians to document processes, develop test forms, and design field tests while exploring AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and innovation.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in educational measurement or closely related field.
• Relevant professional experience in psychometrics and operational assessment programs.
• Ability to address a full range of psychometric issues.
