Qualifications

• Earned master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Alternative: master’s degree with concentration in teaching discipline (18 graduate hours).
• Coursework aligned to course competencies; education courses not discipline-specific.

Responsibilities

• Provide associate-level Psychology instruction in classroom settings.
• Develop syllabi and lesson plans aligned to program goals.
• Evaluate student progress and maintain grade records accurately.
• Maintain professional development and meet with students and staff as needed.
• Potentially mentor adjunct faculty teaching in the discipline.
