Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates specialized knowledge and maintains expertise in psychology theory and pedagogy.
• Delivers current course material in an understandable and motivating manner.
• Assesses course objectives and instructional methods to improve teaching and learning.
• Uses formative and summative assessments to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
• Establishes student advising relationships to guide program choices and career options.
• Supports program and course improvements by engaging in data analysis discussions.
• Facilitates development and revision of programs and courses for alignment with outcomes.
• Attends university events and participates in governance as applicable.
• Supports enrollment and retention through student clubs, admissions activities, and campus events.
• Fulfills duties outlined in the faculty manual and performs other duties as assigned.
