• Delivers current, engaging graduate-level courses in relevant counseling areas.
• Assesses course objectives and uses data to improve teaching and outcomes.
• Supports student advising and guides career planning for program options.
• Participates in program assessment, accreditation, and curriculum development.
• Attends university meetings and contributes to department activities.
