Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- Valid Rhode Island nursing license or ability to obtain upon hire
- Doctoral degree in nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates specialized knowledge and maintains expertise in the discipline
- Delivers current and relevant course material in a motivating manner
- Assesses course objectives and teaching methods to improve outcomes
- Supports student advising and program choices
- Participates in data analysis discussions to improve curricula
- Leads or participates in program and course development and revision
- Attends university events and supports enrollment and retention activities
- Fulfills faculty responsibilities as outlined in the faculty manual
- Performs other duties as assigned
