Job summary

JoVE seeks a Content Creator in Psychology to design educational content and narrative scripts for university courses. You will build a Table of Contents from reference texts, craft engaging scripts, and support voice-overs for multimedia content.

The ideal candidate has a background in psychology or related field, PhD preferred, and experience in college-level teaching or instructional design, with strong US-English writing skills and a passion for science education.

Qualifications

• Background in Psychology, technical writing, or related field.
• Ph.D. in Psychology or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in college-level teaching or instructional design preferred.
• Strong written communication in US English.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Table of Contents based on reference textbooks for university-level courses.
• Generate narrative scripts for university-level audiences.
• Assist in creating voice-overs for multimedia content.
• Review and edit content for accuracy and clarity in psychological terms.
• Understand the target audience and tailor content to their educational needs.
• Research and interpret complex psychological information.
• Stay up-to-date with developments and research in Psychology.
