Job summary

Germanna Community College is seeking a part-time Psychology Adjunct for the 2027 Academic Year to teach Psychology in-person and online at various times. Adjuncts teach up to 12 credit hours in fall/spring and up to 8 in summer, with salary posted per credit hour.

Candidates must hold a Master's in Psychology and demonstrate strong teaching, communication, and technology skills. Faculty may be required to travel between campus locations within Virginia, and employment is contingent on

• Master's Degree in Psychology with at least 18 graduate semester hours.
• Ability to teach both in-person and online.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to use instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Teach Psychology courses in-person and online.
