Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Community College experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse faculty, staff and students.
• Ability to use teaching and assessment strategies to promote learning.
• Ability to use information technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare syllabi and curricula to meet course outcomes.
• Assess student understanding using regular methods.
• Maintain communication with students and staff.
• Engage in professional development to maintain teaching excellence.
• Submit grade reports and attendance by due dates.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Dean.
