Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare in Ohio is seeking a Psychologist Supervisor to lead psychology staff and oversee clinical operations, ensuring services consistently meet patient needs and established standards.

You will supervise treatment planning, document accuracy, and staff development while collaborating with hospital leadership to improve program quality and implementation. This role is full-time and exempt, with regular hours.

Formación

• License to practice psychology in Ohio pursuant to Section 4732.09 and 4732.21 of revised code.
• 12 months of experience as a licensed psychologist.
• 1 course in employee training & development or 3 months of supervision/training experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the psychology staff and oversee clinical operations to ensure services meet patient needs.
• Research activities to develop policies and procedures for delivery of psychological services.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of psychology services to meet hospital standards.
• Ensure required paperwork is completed timely including treatment goals, assessments, and progress notes.
• Recruit, interview, and make hiring recommendations; orient and train staff as needed.
• Attend meetings and represent psychology in organizational activities and program planning.
