Position Overview

Centene is hiring a Remote Psychologist to support our Oklahoma Medicaid plan. In this role, you'll review outpatient and psych/neuropsych testing notes, handle appeals, provide peer-to-peer consultations, and participate in Utilization Management clinical rounds.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Psychologist license
• Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines, prior authorization, and telehealth practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct peer reviews for outpatient and psychological testing requests
• Educate network practitioners on best practices and utilization management
• Discuss clinical questions with Medical Director or designee
• Respond to complaints related to psychological testing or services
• Participate in outpatient rounds and provide clinical oversight
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards

Minimum Requirements

• PhD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health
• Knowledge of psychological testing and evidence-based practices
• Unrestricted Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D)

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $86,000 - $154,700 per year. Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements.
