CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC is seeking one or more psychologists to join a collaborative clinical team serving the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. The role supports child, adolescent, adult, and elder care with a focus on culturally responsive, patient-centered care.

The position offers scheduling flexibility with full-time or part-time options, a hybrid work model, and dedicated administrative support to streamline credentialing, billing, and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland.
• Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred.
• Priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions.
• Must be local to the DC region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and gather clinical histories.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and other appropriate interventions.
• Develop diagnostic impressions within scope of practice.
• Establish treatment goals, monitor progress, and refer when needed.
• Assess and respond to risks such as suicide or self-harm.
• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records.
