The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a compassionate and committed individual to join our team as a Psychologist in our Developmental Disabilities Division. This vital role directly supports our mission of Helping People Live Better Lives.
Work Schedule & Flexibility: The training schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The full‑time work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility available. This position may also require participation in an on‑call rotation, which includes weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Wage: Negotiable
Must be licensed to practice psychology in the state of Nebraska. A doctoral degree in psychology is required. Licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Nebraska is preferred but may have a provisional license as a Psychologist.
Experience working with Developmental Disabilities.
Must have a valid driver's license for work‑related travel.
Work Environment & Expectations: This position will be officed in either Lincoln, Omaha, or Beatrice, based on candidate preference and office availability. This position will require work‑related travel.
