The ideal candidate has MA licensure and 1–2 years of supervised experience, with a focus on evidence-based therapies and continuous professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts State Psychologist License.
• 1–2 years of supervised clinical experience; postdoctoral experience preferred.
• Experience serving diverse populations with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations including diagnostic interviews and standardized testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Provide psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with outpatient opportunities if desired.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to promote mental health awareness.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and standardized testing (e.g., personality, IQ, behavioral)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
• Provide psychotherapy to residents primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with opportunities for outpatient or community-based work if desired
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, educators) to ensure holistic care
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families, promoting mental health awareness and resilience
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Current Massachusetts State Psychologist License
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervised clinical experience; postdoctoral experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
