Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our growing team in Franklin, MA. The role offers part-time scheduling and competitive compensation.

You will conduct evaluations, provide psychotherapy in SNF/long-term care settings, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents and families with psychoeducation.

Qualifications include APA-accredited doctoral degree, MA psychologist license, 1–2 years supervised experience, and commitment to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts State Psychologist License.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervised clinical experience; postdoctoral experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and standardized testing (e.g., personality, IQ, behavioral).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Provide psychotherapy to residents primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with opportunities for outpatient or community-based work if desired.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, educators) to ensure holistic care.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families, promoting mental health awareness and resilience.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development.
