Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring Psychologists for outpatient care, delivering services in-person or via telehealth. You’ll join a fast-growing behavioral health practice with flexible schedules and a strong support structure.

The role requires full licensure in one or more US states (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), experience with adults, children and adolescents, and proficiency in assessments, test batteries, and report feedback. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced treating adults, children, and adolescents with a variety of mental healthcare needs.
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• Familiar with some Psychological testing; most testing will be referred to Psychometrists.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychological assessments/testing/evaluations, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, evaluating treatment plans, providing therapy.
• Documentation and making referrals for additional treatment needs.
