Job summary

LifeStance Health is actively hiring Psychologists to provide comprehensive mental health care in a hybrid model, serving both adults and youth in outpatient settings. You will conduct assessments, diagnoses, and therapy with strong emphasis on accuracy and patient-centered care.

Licensed psychologists experienced with diverse populations are encouraged to apply; the practice offers top-tier compensation, CME, and strong administrative support in modern offices.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries, report writing, and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychological assessments/testing/evaluations, diagnosing, developing and evaluating treatment plans, providing therapy, documentation, and referrals.
• See clients in outpatient setting, in-person or via telehealth.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychologists that are:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced treating adults, children, and adolescents with a variety of mental healthcare needs.
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• Familiar with some Psychological testing; most testing will be referred to Psychometrists.

Job Description

As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you're an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients. You'll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day job responsibilities will include: performing psychological assessments/testing/evaluations, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, evaluating treatment plans, providing therapy, documentation, and making referrals for additional treatment needs.
