Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychologist to join our outpatient team, delivering mental health services in a hybrid model of telemedicine and in-person care from Rhode Island.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, document sessions, and coordinate referrals as needed for adults, children, and adolescents in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Experience treating adults, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychological assessments and testing/evaluations.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans; evaluate treatment progress.
• Provide therapy and document sessions; make referrals as needed.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychologists that are:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced treating adults, children, and adolescents with a variety of mental healthcare needs.
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• Familiar with some Psychological testing; most testing will be referred to Psychometrists.

Job Description

As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you're an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients. You'll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day job responsibilities will include: performing psychological assessments/testing/evaluations, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, evaluating treatment plans, providing therapy, documentation, and making referrals for additional treatment needs.
