LifeStance Health in Indiana is seeking psychiatrists for outpatient practice with a flexible, hybrid work model. The role offers a productivity-based compensation structure ranging from $300,000 to $375,000 per year, with full- or part-time schedules, strong work-life balance, and comprehensive benefits.

There is no on-call, nights, or weekends required, plus signing bonus and strong administrative support.

• Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA.
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
