Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team in Carmel, Indiana. The position offers a hybrid schedule with strong support from a clinician-led organization focused on accessible mental healthcare.

We provide a competitive compensation model based on productivity, ranging from $300,000 to $375,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for supervising Nurse Practitioners if desired.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA.
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatry services.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and advanced practice providers.
• Participate in a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
