Job summary

LifeStance Health in Indiana seeks a Psychiatrist for outpatient care in South Bend. The role is hybrid, requiring full medical licensure in Indiana (or in process) with an active DEA.

You will provide psychiatric care with medication management and psychotherapy for adults, and possibly children and adolescents. We offer a competitive, productivity-based compensation model ($300,000–$375,000), strong benefits, a signing bonus, and opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in Indiana (or in process) with an active DEA.
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
