Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Adult and Child Psychiatrists for its outpatient team in Michigan. The role is 100% outpatient with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends, offering telemedicine and in-person flexibility.

Compensation is above market with production incentives and a $20k–$25k sign-on; full benefits, CME support, and generous work–life balance in modern, well-supported clinics. Growth opportunities and strong administrative support complete the package.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in one or more US states.
• Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Participate in telemedicine and in-person patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
