Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Site Chief of Pediatrics to lead clinical and administrative operations in Worcester, MA. The role offers 90% clinical time and 10% administrative duties within a physician-led, patient-centered team.

You will collaborate with senior physician leaders to improve patient experience, clinical quality and provider well-being, while integrating behavioral health into primary care and leveraging a state-of-the-art EMR.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License
• 5+ years of clinical and direct supervisor/management experience
