Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years pharma/health industry experience.
• Proven sales performance in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements for access to facilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and handle objections to close calls.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market insights with in-field teams and leadership.
