Jobot is seeking a Psychiatrist Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight in a growing outpatient behavioral health practice. The role combines direct patient care with supervision of PMHNPs and PAs, supporting a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is board eligible/certified in Psychiatry with licensed Texas credentials, ready to lead, mentor, and foster growth within a hybrid work setting.

Job Title: Psychiatrist Supervisor

Compensation: $330,000 - $360,000 base salary + productivity bonus

Location: Nederland or Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility for four 10-hour days)

Employment: W-2 or 1099 (flexible)

This position offers a blend of patient care, provider oversight, and administrative responsibilities, with flexibility to create a schedule that works for both the physician and the organization.
