Jobot is seeking a Psychiatrist Supervisor in Nederland or Houston, TX, with a hybrid schedule and base pay of $330,000–$360,000 plus productivity bonus. The role combines clinical leadership with supervision of PMHNPs and PAs in a growing outpatient behavioral health practice.

The ideal candidate is board-eligible or -certified in psychiatry, holds or can obtain a Texas license, and will lead in a collaborative, provider-focused model emphasizing quality patient care and professional

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Psychiatry residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment start date.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and consultation to PMHNPs and Physician Assistants.
• Support psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing patient care.
• Collaborate on clinical decision-making, complex cases, and patient outcomes.
• Review documentation and support quality and compliance initiatives.
• Promote evidence-based practices across the provider team.
• Maintain an active patient panel while balancing supervisory responsibilities.
