About the Role

We are expanding our psychiatry services and inviting Psychiatrists (MD/DO) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to join a large, APA‑accredited private therapy practice. Our outpatient psychiatry team provides evidence‑based, compassionate care for adults and adolescents in collaboration with a multidisciplinary network of over 200 exceptional clinicians. We prioritize empathy, collaboration, and innovative treatment, especially for mood disorders and complex presentations.

Your Role

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents
• Provide care in person at our Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices
• Collaborate with therapists and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical, evidence‑based care
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees
• Autonomy and flexibility are offered in your schedule and treatment approach, with support for both medication management and psychotherapy integration
