Job Title: Psychiatrist Supervisor

Compensation: $330,000 - $360,000 base salary + productivity bonus.

Location: Nederland or Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility for four 10-hour days)

Employment: W-2 or 1099 (flexible)

We are seeking a Psychiatrist Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight within a growing outpatient behavioral health practice. This role combines direct patient care with supervision and support of PMHNPs and Physician Assistants.

The ideal candidate is Board Eligible or Board Certified in psychiatry, enjoys collaborating with advanced practice providers, and is interested in helping support the growth and development of a multidisciplinary clinical team.

This position offers a blend of patient care, provider oversight, and administrative responsibilities, with flexibility to create a schedule that works for both the physician and the organization.
