Serenity Mental Health Centers is a rapidly growing outpatient psychiatric group dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments, including medication management, Deep TMS, and Ketamine infusions, in an outpatient setting. Our team is committed to supporting patients with care, comfort, and safety.

We are seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care and interested in working with innovative healthcare technologies.

• Salary of $300,000 with potential to earn over $500,000 annually
• Flexible schedule (4 or 5 days a week)
• No call responsibilities
• Staff-to-physician ratio of 8:1, including Provider Assistants and administrative support

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans for new and established patients through in-person appointments
• Provide hope through non-invasive neuromodulation (dTMS), Ketamine infusions, and medication management
• Focus on patient care while administrative tasks are managed by the support team

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry
• Licensed or willing to obtain license in the state of practice
• Unencumbered DEA registration and a clean criminal background
• Green Card holder or U.S. Citizen
