Jobot is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and behavioral health support as part of a collaborative community health team.

The role requires a Medical Degree, completed psychiatry residency, and California licensure. The position offers a hybrid schedule with strong patient care emphasis and opportunities for supervision and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree required.
• Completion of a four-year psychiatry residency required.
• Board certified or eligible for board certification in Psychiatry.
• Valid California medical license required.
• Current California Drug Enforcement Administration licensure required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments and evidence-based medication management.
• Provide behavioral health services, psychoeducation and follow-up care to patients.
• Provide Medication Assisted Treatment when appropriate.
• Work closely with psychotherapists, primary care physicians and support staff.
• Participate in case conferences, departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical supervision to psychiatric advanced practice providers and trainees.
• Complete patient documentation accurately and within required timelines.
