Rogers Behavioral Health is a not-for-profit behavioral health system with a long history. For over 100 years, we have provided top-quality psychiatric services, conducted cutting-edge research, and are one of the leading healthcare providers in our field. RBH offers a range of services to adults, children, and adolescents across multiple levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services. Our primary hospitals are located in Wisconsin, with numerous clinics across Wisconsin and nine other states, including California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Washington.
The physician will serve as a team leader within our patient care model, which emphasizes a multi-faceted treatment team approach. Opportunities include working across various levels of care in both live and virtual settings, supporting patient admissions, protocol development, quality assurance, and peer reviews. The physician will collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants and oversee residents and fellows during their rotations.
PRN physicians may be those working elsewhere in the community interested in weekend or part-time support, or moonlighting residents in their third year of residency or higher.
