Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Psychiatrist General to join our on-site team in Fargo, North Dakota. This full-time W2 role offers a Mon-Fri schedule with a call rotation—2 weekends per quarter—and an adult/adolescent caseload in In-Patient and PHP settings.

Caseload ranges from 14 to 22 patients per day. Duties include admissions, follow-ups, med checks, and discharges, with active treatment team participation.

Position:Psychiatrist General

Location: Fargo North Dakota

Full Time W2 position; on-site service only; Mon-Fri work schedule with

participation in call rotation – 2 weekends per quarter. Adult & Adolescent Caseload; In-Patient & PHP

settings. Caseload of 14-22 per day. If I/P: duties are new admissions, follow-ups, med checks,

discharges, treatment team participation. If PHP/IOP: see adult &/or C/A patients + any patients

in OP belonging to PMHNPs, whose insurance requires them to be seen by an MD. Compensation

in line with MGMA; production bonus potential, medical education loan repayment assistance if

needed (no PSLF), Relocation allowance if moving, CME, PTO + Full benefits package including paid
