Position and Location

Position: Psychiatrist General

Location: Fargo, North Dakota

Work Schedule and Caseload

Full time W2 position; on-site service only; Mon‑Fri work schedule with participation in call rotation – 2 weekends per quarter. Adult & adolescent caseload; inpatient & PHP settings. Caseload of 14‑22 per day.

In‑patient duties include new admissions, follow‑ups, medication checks, discharges, and participation in treatment team. PHP/IOP duties include adult and/or adolescent patients and any patients in OP belonging to PMHNPs whose insurance requires them to be seen by an MD.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation in line with MGMA; production bonus potential, medical education loan repayment assistance (no PSLF), relocation allowance if moving, CME, PTO, and full benefits package including paid malpractice insurance.
