Serenity Healthcare seeks psychiatrists for a full-time role in Houston - Galleria, TX. This outpatient-only practice offers a no-call environment, with a flexible schedule (4-5 days/week) and strong support (8:1 staff-to-physician ratio).

Base salary is $300,000 with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+, plus comprehensive benefits and annual provider retreats. The group emphasizes Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy and ongoing physician development.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
