Serenity Healthcare is seeking psychiatrists for a full-time, outpatient-only practice. The group emphasizes patient outcomes and has grown across multiple states with a physician-owned model.

Offering a $300,000 base salary plus incentives, patients and providers benefit from strong support, low staff-to-physician ratio, and a flexible 4–5 day work week. Full benefits, PTO, holidays, and ongoing training in innovative therapies are included.

• Active medical licensure in the U.S. or willingness to obtain.
