Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Florida is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient-only position. You will join a physician-owned and led group with a no-call culture and strong clinical support, including 8:1 staff ratio.

Earn a $300,000 base salary plus incentives with realistic total compensation of $500,000+ and enjoy a flexible 4–5 day schedule, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO/holidays as part of a wellness-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
