Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Las Colinas, TX is seeking a psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role. This physician-owned and led group emphasizes patient outcomes and provider support, with a no-call, outpatient-only practice.

The position offers a base salary of $300,000 with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+, plus comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and holidays, and ongoing training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatry care in Las Colinas, TX.
• No on-call responsibilities; outpatient-only practice.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (4–5 days/week).
• Utilize Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy in treatment plans.
