Job summary

As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe medications with a dedicated support team. No on-call, a flexible schedule (4–5 days/week), and robust benefits support long-term patient care.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN) required or preferred.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain license.
• Unencumbered DEA license is required.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a trained team.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives.

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
